Why is our geo data blank?

Blank geo data indicates that Podsights didn’t have data to match the IP to your geolocation.

This can happen when:

• The user's location is not identifiable, but more likely
• If the data being passed is going through a data center. 

Podsights will receive this data via your publisher's integration. 

If a user needs a geo breakout that is not available, we suggest you contact your publisher who may be able to provide the breakout or give you the approximate geo breakout for the audience in question.
